Mudarabah Hajj Savings Scheme Account is a monthly savings plan based on the Shari’ah‑compliant principle of Mudarabah, designed to help individuals prepare financially for performing the Holy Hajj. Any Bangladeshi citizen or resident of sound mind aged 18 or above may open this account in their own name. It can also be opened on behalf of a minor by a natural or legal guardian, with submission of the minor’s birth certificate or a declaration of date of birth.
